An AI chatbot for your website answers visitors’ questions the moment they ask, including at 11 pm on a Sunday. It knows your services, opening hours, delivery terms and anything else you teach it, and when it does not know, it offers to put the visitor in touch with you. Under the hood, Eva is built with LangGraph and TypeScript, with memory in Redis and an OpenAI language model. I can apply the same architecture to your business, with your content and your tone of voice.

AI automation for business does not have to be a big project. It is best to start with one task that is repetitive and takes time:

- Documents: extracting amounts, dates and numbers from invoices and PDF files into a spreadsheet

How I teach the chatbot about your business
The chatbot is not “trained” from scratch. I gather your pages, documents and FAQs into a knowledge base, and for each question the model receives only the relevant parts of it (a method known as RAG). The answers are based on your information, not on general knowledge from the internet. I also write rules: what it must not promise, when to hand the conversation to a person and how it should sound.
