How are your fees calculated?
We agree a fixed monthly fee based on the scope of work, the volume of transactions and how many filings you need across the year. The figure is confirmed in writing before anything starts, and it does not change unless the scope does.
Can you take over from our current accountant?
Yes. We write to your existing adviser, request the handover information and reconcile the opening position before we take the ledger on. You will not need to chase anyone.
Which accounting software do you work with?
We work in whichever cloud ledger you already use. If you are still on spreadsheets we will set something up and migrate the history, at no extra cost during onboarding.
Do we have to come to the office?
Not unless you would like to. Most clients work with us entirely remotely, with documents shared through a secure portal and reviews held by video call. The meeting room is there when you want it.
How quickly will someone come back to me?
You will have a named contact and their direct line. Routine questions are answered the same working day; anything that needs research comes back with a written note, usually within two.
How is our information kept confidential?
Records are held on encrypted systems and accessed only by the people assigned to your engagement. We will tell you where your data sits and who can see it before you send us anything.
