How far ahead should I book?
Cuts can usually be fitted in within a week. Colour appointments run longer, so two to three weeks ahead is safer, and Saturdays go first.
Do I need a patch test before colour?
Yes. Every new colour client needs a patch test at least 48 hours beforehand. It takes two minutes and there is no charge.
What happens at a consultation?
We look at your hair in natural light, talk through what you want, and give you a written price before anything starts.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us 24 hours if you need to move or cancel an appointment.
Is the salon accessible?
The entrance is step-free and there is an accessible washroom. Two basins recline for anyone who cannot lean back comfortably.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
We do, for any value or for a named treatment. They are valid for twelve months.
