Your licence
Everything about a Simple Booking Pro key: where to find it, how to move it, and what to do when it lapses. Each of these is an email rather than a form — licences here are handled by a person, and that person answers the same day.
Find your licence key
It was in your purchase email and looks like SBP-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. On a site where it is already entered you can see it under Booking → Pro.
Ask for it againMove a licence to another site
Open Booking → Pro on the old site and deactivate the licence there. That releases the seat straight away, and the key then activates on the new site.
Ask me to release a seatRenew, or add sites
A lapsed licence keeps your bookings and your settings; SMS, WhatsApp and online deposits stop until it is renewed. Renewing extends from the old end date, not from today.
Renew or upgradeSomething is not working
If the licence screen says the server could not be reached, nothing on your site is affected — the previous verdict stands and it retries on its own. If it says the key was not recognised, that is worth an email.
