Fonts are bundled, so there is no third-party request.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No plugin required<\/strong>, and nothing breaks if you switch themes later.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Setting it up<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The home page lives in the site template, not in a page.<\/strong> Edit it under <strong>Appearance \u2192 Editor \u2192 Templates \u2192 Front Page<\/strong>. Ordinary pages are edited under Pages as usual, the header and footer under Patterns \u2192 Template Parts, and colours and fonts under Styles.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Replace the placeholder images with your own from the media library \u2014 the layouts are built to hold real photographs at the same sizes.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If you would rather not do it yourself<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The theme is free and stays free. Setting a site up properly \u2014 your content, your photography, the details that make it look like the demo rather than a template \u2014 takes time you may not want to spend. Happy to answer a quick question for free either way.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" id=\"licensing\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\">\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Licensing<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Everything distributed from this site \u2014 every theme, free or otherwise \u2014 is 100% GPL compatible.<\/strong> The themes are released under the GNU General Public License v2 or later, which means you may use them commercially, modify them, and build client sites on them without restriction.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bundled fonts are under the SIL Open Font License and icon geometry is from <a href=\"https:\/\/lucide.dev\">Lucide<\/a> under the ISC License \u2014 both GPL compatible. Bundled placeholder images were created for these themes and are GPL. No theme sold or given away here contains any component under a licence incompatible with the GPL.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is no paid or &#8220;pro&#8221; version of any of these themes. Nothing is held back, and no feature is locked.
